try going to youtube.com or go to the petstore and buy a book. (the book will give lots of info, on how to clip wings, what to feed and not feed, stories, what toys should he have or not have, etc) u can also find many answers by going to google. i know you should definently teach the bird to "step up". you hold your hand out, tell him to step up, he should step onto you finger. if not then nudge his belly closer to his feet, gently, and tell him to step up. its a communication thing. and make sure you do research on what types of food to not feed him!! if he is still a baby, make sure to handle him alot, so that you are socializing him, and so he will become tame. other wise when he is older he may bite, and that will hurt like hell. u may not think so, but even the smallest birds have a tough hard bite. imagine how a african greys bite would feel!!!!! with toys u need to find some good tough ones. and make sure that the bird wont beable to get a toe or anything caught in the toys, toys with string or yarn arent very good. birds are very smart and can dismantle many things, my bird took a screw out of his cage, and when i went to open the door, it fell!! they are very smart! talk to him alot, african greys are one of the most inteligent birds, he will learn so much, so fast!!!! they are amazing! good luck
p.s. another tip- keep a "steptic stick" on hand, or corn starch or flour, incase your bird ever bleeds!! for example if its toe was bleeding, apply a small amount of pressure while dipping it in flour, the flour, corn starch and stick will stop bleeding. (i dont really recommend the steptic stick, because it stings when rubbed over an open cut ! the reason you should keep these items close, is because you need to stop the bleeding right away, birds dont have alot of blood, if they losse alot, they could die! the bleeding needs to be stopped asap, if it happenes!!

As a grey owner, I LOVE http://www.anafricangrey.ca it is based in canada (hence the ca) they have message boards and stories and the people love to help. They also post many videos on ways they taught their bird different things. Although, what are you trying to train? Greys are so smart, it can be dificult to train them. You tube also has lots of parrot videos. Most parrot training sites on the net are ones where you have to pay money to see their "miracal" trainging method.
