This is my personal favorite: http://parrotcoachingclub.pinurl.com

It's a virtual coaching club of parrot training -- almost a multimedia encyclopedia with articles and videos. I like it because it's a one-stop site that saves the trouble of looking all over for specialist advice.
References :
I bought the taming and training tricks from www.birdtricks.com and have found them really great so far (haven't watched all of it yet).

The teach things like taming your bird and neccasary tricks like 'step up'. How to do party tricks like put a basketball in a hoop, spin in a circles on cue, and many other things. It also has a bit on clicker training.
And there is a really good DVD package on teaching parrots to talk.

The packages that the website sells include DVDs, Audio CDs, and manuals.

The only thing is, one of the things they each is a method called flooding, which is frowned upon. It involves touching a bird with sticks until it gives up. This can be damaging to some parrot's mental wellbeing.
The creator of the DVDs, Chet Womach, has acknowledge that this isn't a good method and has learnt a lot since then. I think they will be releasing another version of the DVDs sometime.

I find mine off eBay.com, got a good deal there. (Search for 'Chet Womach', sometimes you get lucky and someone is selling stuff. Or just buy from the website if it is available on there)

Some parrot training DVDs that has been highly reccomended to me are:
* Parrot Behavior and Training Series...by Barbara Heidenreich (Part One = Introduction to Training, and Part Two = Training Your Parrot for the Veterinary Exam)
* Training Your Parrot the Alex Way...by Chris Davis and Irene Pepperberg

Some books about parrot training that have been highly reccomended to me are:
* Teaching Your Bird to Talk...by Diane Grindol and Tom Roudybush
* Getting Started Clicker Training for Birds...by Melinda Johnson
One book I own which is fantastic is Guide to a Well Behaved Parrot Second Edition by Mattie Sue Athan.
